Personal and work Characteristics

This chapter has helped me to recognize what I need to strengthen in my personal and work characteristics to portray a positive professional image. To strengthen my personal and work characteristics I will have to be openess to change, be more initiative and motivational, have discretion, and also commit to observe and learn, be  very organized at my workspace and complete great quality work on a day to day basis... This way I will portray a very professional image.
